Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to estaterelays.com, direct communications with EstateRelays LLC ("EstateRelays," "we," "our," or "us"), and managed website services provided under a separate written agreement. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Services

EstateRelays provides managed website leasing and related services for local businesses. Services may include website configuration, hosting, maintenance, technical updates, inquiry forms, call-connectivity setup, reporting, and customer support. The exact website, market, term, price, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable written service agreement.

EstateRelays does not sell contact lists or transfer a person's EstateRelays SMS consent to customers, affiliates, or unrelated messaging programs.

Website Inquiries

Submitting the contact form requests information from EstateRelays about managed website services. It does not itself create a website lease or guarantee that a website, service category, or market is available. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the form or website.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you select Yes on the EstateRelays contact form, you consent to receive text messages from EstateRelays about the managed-website inquiry you submit, including one-to-one follow-up and discovery-call scheduling. No promotional texts are included in this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, email caleb@estaterelays.com, or call 480-520-3949. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

If you later want to receive messages again, use the EstateRelays contact form to provide new consent or follow any supported resubscription instructions. SMS consent applies only to EstateRelays and is not transferred to another business, website, or campaign.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business information and lawful content, respond to their own customers, and use managed websites and communications only for lawful purposes. Customers may not use EstateRelays services to send spam, misrepresent a business, infringe intellectual property, distribute malicious code, interfere with systems, or violate applicable privacy or communications laws.

Payments and Service Terms

Pricing, billing frequency, service term, renewal, cancellation, and any setup fees are governed by the applicable written service agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, payments already earned for services provided are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

EstateRelays and its licensors retain ownership of their pre-existing technology, templates, branding, software, and materials. Customer-provided names, logos, and content remain the customer's property. Any license or use rights associated with a managed website are defined in the written service agreement.

Third-Party Services

Managed websites may depend on third-party hosting, communications, domain, analytics, or infrastructure providers. EstateRelays is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services beyond its reasonable control.

No Performance Guarantee

Website traffic, inquiries, conversions, revenue, profit, and search visibility depend on factors outside EstateRelays' control. Calculator results and website projections are estimates only. EstateRelays does not guarantee specific traffic, inquiry volume, rankings, customers, revenue, profit, or return on investment.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The public website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstateRelays disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written service agreement.

Termination

EstateRelays may restrict access to the public website for abuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct. Suspension or termination of paid services is governed by the written service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes concerning the public website will be brought in the appropriate courts located in Arizona, unless a written service agreement states otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

EstateRelays may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date.
