EstateRelays LLC ("EstateRelays," "we," "our," or "us") provides managed website leasing, hosting, maintenance, and related website services for local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information provided through estaterelays.com and direct communications with EstateRelays.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, service category, target market, website needs, message, communication preference, and information supplied during customer onboarding or support.

We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, page path, submission time, and campaign parameters included in a link.

How We Collect and Use Information

We collect information through website forms, email, telephone calls, SMS conversations, customer onboarding, and support interactions. We use it to:

• Respond to managed website inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
• Provide, host, maintain, and support managed websites.
• Send service-related communications requested by the recipient.

If you select Yes on the EstateRelays contact form, you consent to receive text messages from EstateRelays about the managed-website inquiry you submit, including one-to-one follow-up and discovery-call scheduling. No promotional texts are included in this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Your EstateRelays consent applies only to this EstateRelays inquiry program. It is not transferred to another business, website, or messaging campaign.

Mobile Information and Consent Sharing

EstateRelays does not sell, rent, or share mobile information, phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide limited information to vendors that perform essential services on our behalf, such as Cloudflare for website hosting and data storage and SignalWire for SMS delivery. Those providers may process information only to deliver the contracted service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing.

Other Information Sharing

EstateRelays does not sell personal information or website inquiry information. We may disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, security, communications, professional services, or legal compliance, subject to appropriate use restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or system integrity.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain consent and business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize information when appropriate.
